Carpet & Uphostery Cleaning

Bacteria, fungus, chemicals, dust, food particles, and more will get
trapped in your carpet with regular daily use. If you have not cleaned
your carpets in over 6 months, the buildup will become evident.

The only method that effectively cleans carpeting is hot water extraction.
Hot water and cleaning solution is applied to the carpet to break down
most stains and unwanted buildup of grime. Like Shaw Industries, the
world's largest carpet manufacturer, we also recommend hot water
extraction exclusively in treating carpets for regular cleaning.

We use a truck-mounted hot water unit, which cleans much better than
small, hand-held units. These truck-mounted units heat the water to a
higher temperature, applies the cleaning solution into the carpet at higher
pressures, and extracts the water and dirt with stronger suctioning. This
produces better results than cleaning your carpets with the small cleaners
you can rent or buy.

Our Process

You save money buy moving items yourself or letting us do open areas
only.

1. Pre inspect cleaning area

2. Vacuum carpet with Hepa filter vacuum

3. Pre spray our enveromently cleaning agents

4. Steam Clean

5. Post inspection

Why do our products work better than soap?

All-natural, degreasers and water softeners dissolve and emulsify
contaminants and soil. Particulates that are not rinsed out dry to a
crystallized form allowing easy removal with a good vacuum cleaner.
This will leave no soapy, sticky, residue in your carpets.

Occasionally, we run across a stain that will use one of our prodcuts that
are not green certified. We will discuss this with you before we use any
producst that are not Green Certified. We will be very responsable when
using such products.

Traffic lane Gray

The carpet in your home is subject to a lot of abuse. Because of that
abuse and because of the characteristics of carpet it can develop a
number of problems. One of those problems is Traffic Lane Gray.

Traffic Lane Gray is a condition where the traffic lanes in a home start to
look darker than the rest of the carpet. It is different from regular soiling
because the darkness is not caused by soil but by scratched carpet fibers
that no longer reflect as much light as the rest of the carpeting. So if you
have had your carpets cleaned and the carpet still looks dark or gray in
the traffic areas you probably have Traffic Lane Gray.

Unfortunately the damage is permanent. When carpet fibers are designed,
they are designed with edges that reflect light and hide soil. When these
edges are worn down, through normal use, they do not reflect the same
amount of light. You will probably notice that the carpet looks fine up
close but when you look at it from a distance it appears dark. This is
because of the fibers not reflecting as much light.

The only way to treat this condition is to prevent it. To prevent it you
must limit wear on your carpet. To do that have it cleaned often, use
entry rugs and rearrange your furniture regularly to spread out the wear.
By doing those three things you can prevent or at least delay the
condition know as Traffic Lane Gray.

That spot that keeps comming back

A few words about stains before we speak. You never know if the stain
is permanent or not. Just like if you go out to your favorite restaurant and
you spill a glass of wine on your brand new white dress, you never know
for sure when you wash it if it will come out. Now image if you let the
dress sit on the floor for a month or two. That's why we never know for
sure weather the stain will come out.

So why does the spot come back. You have called your favorite carpet
cleaner and you think they did a great job but a few days later or maybe
even a month goes by and the spot comes back. Here is the reason why.
Lets say you spill a 2 liter of cola on your carpet. Most of the fluid goes
into the carpet pad and even on the subfloor underneath. The carpet
cleaner cleans the carpet not the pad if he/she did he would be getting
your carpet too wet and thats not good. The coke thats left in the pad
will work its way back up to the carpet thats called Wicking. Esteam
Clean can use a tool known as a water claw to remove these deep stains
in the pad.
